WHAT'S NEW

This Privacy Policy explains how Clovis Classics collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, blogs, mobile apps, and other online services, including any Wi-Fi we provide at events or anytime you interact with us, such as registering for or attending an event, visiting our websites, purchasing products, or contacting support (collectively, the "Services"). We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will change the date above and may provide additional notice.

We use third-party providers and partners to help operate and market the Services.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

• Information you provide
  • We collect information you provide directly to us, for example when you create an account, register for an event, use our Wi-Fi, make a purchase, consign or list a vehicle, enter a promotion, request support, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include name, email, phone, address, payment method details, driver's license or ID, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Blog features. If you post comments or subscribe to updates, we collect your contact details to send the updates and administer the blog.
  • Surveys and contests. Participation is voluntary. We may request contact and demographic information to run surveys or promotions, notify winners, and send newsletters. We may use third parties to administer these and they are not permitted to use your information for other purposes.
  • Social sharing and referrals. Our sites include sharing links to social networks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their policies. If you use a "send to a friend" feature, we use your friend's name and email once to send the message and track referral performance.
• Information collected automatically

  When you use the Services, we automatically collect:

  • Usage information. Features you use, purchases, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, clicks.
  • Device information. Hardware model, OS version, unique identifiers, mobile network info.
  • Log information. IP address, ISP, actions taken, dates and times, OS, browser type and language.
  • Event location information. If you attend an event, we may infer device location from Wi-Fi access points using your device MAC address. See "Your Choices."
  • RFID/NFC. Credentials for select attendees may contain RFID or NFC to manage entry and services.
  • Cookies and similar tech.

  • We may receive information from event partners, sponsors, ticketing platforms, or social media services you choose to link to your Clovis Classics account, consistent with their authorization processes.

USE OF INFORMATION

We may combine and use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve events, products, and the Services
• Send technical notices and administrative messages
• Communicate about products, services, promotions, and events
• Personalize content and features, including advertising
• Run contests and promotions and deliver prizes
• Monitor trends and usage
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and illegal activity and protect our rights and property

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may share information:

• With service providers that perform services for us
• With select partners or sponsors to send marketing that may interest you
• To comply with laws, regulations, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of Clovis Classics or others
• In connection with a merger, asset sale, financing, or acquisition
• Between parties to a vehicle transaction at our events or through our Services (seller and winning bidder/buyer contact details)
• With your consent or at your direction

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

YOUR CHOICES

• Account information. Update your details by logging into your account.
• Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, which may affect site functionality.
• Promotional emails. Opt out by following the instructions in our emails. We may still send non-promotional messages.
• Event location information. To opt out of location collection at events, email legal@clovisclassics.com with your device MAC address. Opt-out applies per device and may need to be repeated if your device randomizes its MAC. You can also turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
• RFID/NFC. If you receive a credential for restricted areas, you may request a credential without RFID/NFC before the event using the contact details below.
• Do Not Track. We currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child 13–16 using the Services, email legal@clovisclassics.com to opt in to use or request deletion. If under 13, contact us to arrange deletion.

STORAGE AND RETENTION

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, subject to your choices and applicable law. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. Transmission over the Internet is not perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

ADDITIONAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA AND VIRGINIA RESIDENTS

This section supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies to California and Virginia residents.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA)

Information collection and use. In the last 12 months we collected: identifiers, commercial information, Internet/network activity, geolocation data, electronic or visual information, and inferences. See "Collection of information" and "Use of information."

Disclosure. See "Sharing of information."

Your California rights. Subject to verification and limits:

• Right to know specific pieces of personal information collected during the prior 12 months or since January 1, 2022, at your option
• Right to delete personal information you provided, with exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of sale and sharing of personal information
• Right to limit processing of sensitive personal information

To opt out of cookie-based "sale" or "sharing," use our site's Privacy and Cookie settings when available. For other opt-outs or to exercise rights, email legal@clovisclassics.com.

Shine the Light. California residents may request information about sharing with third parties for their direct marketing once per year at no charge. Email legal@clovisclassics.com with proof of residency and a current California address.

VIRGINIA CONSUMER DATA PROTECTION ACT ("VCDPA")

Virginia residents may request to:

• Confirm processing and access Personal Data
• Delete Personal Data, subject to exceptions
• Correct inaccuracies
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of Personal Data, and certain profiling
• Obtain a portable copy of Personal Data
• Appeal our decision on a privacy request

VERIFICATION AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS

Requests that require verification must be verified before processing. Authorized agents must provide written authorization, such as a power of attorney.
