Clovis Classics provides an online marketplace and community platform where users can list, view, and inquire about classic vehicles and related services. Clovis Classics does not own, inspect, verify, or represent any vehicle or user listed on the Site. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

All vehicles, listings, and representations are solely the responsibility of the listing party. Clovis Classics makes no warranties or guarantees regarding vehicle condition, accuracy of information, authenticity, or suitability for any purpose.

Users agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the Site or its systems.

If you engage in transactions through the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. Clovis Classics is not responsible for verifying titles, ownership, condition, payment, or delivery.

Clovis Classics is provided “as is.”

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clovis Classics, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, participation in transactions, or reliance on any listing or information provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clovis Classics from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Fresno County, California.
